I work form a CBT and Person Centered informed approach, utilizing research based therapeutic interventions. I provide interactive talk therapy and I am also trained in EMDR and have a background in using creative arts in therapy.

My background includes 30 years of experience in holistic health, teaching and counseling. I have three grown children and have experience in the highs and lows of life.
